If someone told me this morning that i was going to be on the front row of Guster and meet them afterwards, i would not have believed them at all. Crawford told me they were playing for free and i asked him four times if he was kidding! It was amazing, and it was really cool meeting them, they're really down to earth. I went with Alex and Tara, and we were on the front row. Lots of fun and it was free! I still have physics homework to do, and i have to study for statistics, this quiz might actually be challanging! Physics test grade, not so hot, but acceptable. Guster and Jars of clay are playing today at Edgehill and Villa, that should be an amazing show! Death Cab for Cutie is tomorrow night, but there's a conflict with the ADPi party, so AHH i dunno what to do. The songwriting exam was easy as pie, and starbyx and semi-formal are materializing. I went to the footbal game, and my high school team won. It was fun, my sister performed and we drove out to Wiley, it was 45 mins away. On Sunday, I got a ticket to go to the EDGE fall Homecoming concert which had 18 bands and I had a PIT ticket! I saw Motion City Soundtrack- good, Cold-terrible, Starting Line- Good, Panic at the disco- awesome, All-American Rejects- Amazing, Yellowcard- really good, Avenged Sevenfold-sucked, Paranoid Social club-sucked, Fall-out boy- fun, Inistitue-good because gavin played some BUSH songs. I went crowdsurfing a few times, that was alot of fun, and I also took some cool pictures. On Saturday I went to the state fair in the morning by myself and i saw the car exhibits and had some good food. Then I went to my mom's clinic and helped out there for an hour. After we got home my grandparents wanted to go back to the fair, so we went back for 4 hrs. We had some more good food, saw a cool bird show, saw the bazaar where they try to sell you crap you dont need, think infomercial but live. Now it's monday and I'm bored at my mom's office, we're supposed to go to lunch with my other grandparents but i'm not sure when that will happen. I think i'm gonna go to the mall. C-ya!

most fun weekend ever

So I went to the parade with Diezba, it was sweet, then Nick and Curt and a bunch of other BYX rushees went to Wendys and we walked through the drive through, but they never let us do that. The line inside was insanely long so we just walked around and got in car formation in the drive through. Then they told us to pull forward and we walked as a car forward to the window and got our food. When we got there there was no one else in line, when we left we had backed up the traffic by 8 cars! Whoa! We went to the girls soccer game and I ate with Alex. WE then went inside and Tennessee scored a goal as soon as we walked in. Then we sat with dane who was smokin a pipe, brad, guthrie, diezba, roy, houston, doug, etc. and we saw them make a goal by doing a corner kick and then one girl headed it toward the goal, then a second vandy girl did a header into the goal! It was crazy. Even crazier was, we were about to leave but we stopped at the far end where the Tennessee goal was, and the ball was coming our way, the defender made it go out, but it was a corner kick. Number 14 kicked it, it spun and went in the goal without anyone touching it! It bounced off the goal post and went in, it was incredible! I had never seen anything like that, apparently that's David Bekham's signature move, but it was really cool. Then we went to Chingy and the Ying-Yang Twins, i wasnt sure if i wanted to go, but i got Jeff's ticket just in case i did. We ended up going and it was really sweet. I sat next to Bowen and Stuart and Roy and Bowen looked like a kid in a kandy store, a krunk kandy store. He was really happy. I then moved up to where matt was sitting, and danced with the girls up there. It was like a huge frat party. We were in the floor section. Then I went to peabody and the guys on my hall convinced me to go to Lonnie's Karaoke bar with them. We took a cab there and hte whole time John was telling the cab driver to take him to pleasure town! The guy was really cool and we had 9 people in the cab! We got there and they didnt even card us, it was packed and they got some buckets of beer, i didnt drink. We watched some Karaoke and then john started chanting WHO YA WITH?! VU! over and over. One guy told him to calm down, John was obvisouly drunk, and he's like Turn the f*** around! but the guy didnt turn around, then he spit beer in his FACE! The guy was really pissed and i had to step in and figure out what was going on, i stopped the possible fight because this guy was bigger and older, and we didnt want to get kicked out. We later got kicked out because Jay's girlfriend was hot from the lights, so John unplugged them and all the lights in the corner went off. The bouncer came up there and was mad and yelled at them , and then we got kicked out of Lonnie's . We took a cab home and then we went to John and Jay's room. They had a freakin keg in their room! We then were out in the hall, I sent a message to Whitney, and she was walking over to hang out. This was at 3 in the morning and we were out in the hall yelling. Then Derek woke up and was pissed and told the guys to go back in their room and he was really angry because they woke him up two times. Whit came over and we talked for a couple of hours, then I went to bed. It was an action packed night and a crazy time, i had to write this down... it was unbelievable.

I hate how all the songs are love songs or breakup songs. i am in there with liz, and its really awkward, and i can tell she doesnt like it either. I wrote a song about her and i had to share it, and she wrote a song about me, its really interesting. I dont like Jewel, especially since she sings You Were Meant for Me...

reflection paper

IS OVER! yay! That was the longest freaking paper, 16 pages, but it was pretty straightforward. HOD is pretty easy, i like it :) It was a nice day today, i went swimming, and i ate with Alex. The rest of my day was spent on that damn paper! Later

probably the last time, we're not going to talk to each other for awhile this time, and it better work, because we need to get over each other and move on, it wasnt working, and thats why we broke up, we should realize that and not try to start it up again, thats just stupid. BUC

SO I went to officer meeting tonight and they basically turned my BYX life upside down, the StarBYX party is postponed for a few weeks, semi-formal is probably not going to be catered, and I have to get specific numbers tomorrow for catering and bands. AHH! Liz and i are talking again, and we're going to try to be friends again, for real. It should be good, i realized that i was changing my mind all the time and not listening to my own advice or my own feelings, i would just listen to what everyone else told me, which isnt good! I would basically take everything that people told me and accept that as the way to go and an absolute truth. I realized that most news is bad, so people get negative impressions of events and people, and then they offer skewed advice based on those negative impressions. I was an ideological chameleon, and I couldnt function on my own, i would have to have other people's ideas and reccomendations. THat's messed up! SO i think i've figured some important stuff out, i'm still trying to figure out who i am. BUC is what the agent for the bands thought our name was, Brothers Under Christ - BUC, but its really Beta Upsilon Chi, we use sophisticated greek letters, not that Roman crap!

SO i went to the second frat party of the semester, it was awesome, Sigma Chi foam party! It was alot of fun and lots of my friends went so that made it even better. Dane likes to freak. So does Yetter, and they're crazy, haha, i love you guys. The other party i went to was JukeBYX and I kinda had to go, I was incharge of it, and it was rockin, we had a bunch of people from Ole' Miss there, and they said it was sweet. LSU game tomorrow, GO Commodores! (or is that today?) oh well. See ya later...

SO we tried being just friends, it didnt work, so we're going to have to not talk to each other or see each other, please pray for me. On a lighter note, tonight i played ultimate with the rushes and some brothers in BYX and it was soo awesome, Roy picked an awesome team and we worked well together. Untold story of Stewie Griffin is hilarious, and A Waking life is a good movie, deep and intellectual, but very good. I got Lords of Dogtown today so hopefully i'll have time to watch it. Oh and Doug was in my room earlier and left but before he left he ripped one so bad i had to open the window, evacuate and on my way out spray air freshner! Moredock walked in as soon as I walked out and he thought it was me, Christine was with him, he sure does spend a lot of time with her! PS- Online Physics homework sucks...

So liz and i broke up last night, i'm feeling better about it, it just wasnt a healthy relationship and we were in it for the wrong reasons. It was 10 days short of a year, but it was fun and I learned alot so I dont regret it at all. I still feel like we could be friends later, but not anytime soon. I think it was mutual we were smothering each other and not being respectful and criticizing each other. Hopefully we can both grow and learn from this.
